1. Welcome to Creatr.page

These Terms govern your use of our website (https://www.creatr.page) and related features (the "Platform"). By using Creatr.page, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Don't share your password or transfer your account to anyone else. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately at support@creatr.page.

3. Your Username

Choose a username that doesn't infringe anyone's rights. No celebrity names, brand names, offensive usernames, or domain squatting. We may ask you to change your username or suspend your account if issues arise.

4. Managing Your Plan

You can use Creatr.page on a free or paid plan and cancel at any time. Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle. If you cancel, your paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period, then converts to free. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

New users get a 14-day free trial on Pro. Your card will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

5. Your Content

You're responsible for everything you post on your Creatr.page profile. Your content must:

• Be yours or used with proper rights • Not infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property • Be accurate and not misleading • Be free from viruses or harmful code • Not include unauthorized ads or spam

We may remove content or restrict access at any time.

6. What We Can Do With Your Content

When you post content on your profile, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the Platform and in our marketing. You keep all rights to your content.

7. Suspension or Cancellation

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or cancel your account. We'll usually notify you first. No refunds will be issued for suspended accounts.

8. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information. We may update our pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at creatr.page/privacy to understand how we handle your data.

10. Our Platform

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Creatr.page. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform.

11. Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before any claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in MA, USA. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before initiating arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
